Tons of birds, lakes, trees, solidly built postmodern ranch style homes. Close to San Marco, and downtown… And just 15 minutes from the beach. Downtown Jacksonville is coming alive and becoming more vibrant… This city is overall amazing. Been here 54 years, and compared to all big cities I would bring Jacksonville among the tops.
