Nestwell exists because our environments are the most overlooked part of mainstream health. We spend 90% of our lives indoors, where the air runs 2–5x dirtier than outside. We breathe 20,000 times a day, almost all of them in rooms where we have no idea what's floating around. Environmental health ought to be treated as a first step in prevention, and our partnership with Truemed is a huge step in that direction. If qualified, you can use your HSA/FSA to test and understand what's really in your home. We co-wrote a blog on why testing your home's air quality matters, to kick off the partnership. Check it out here: https://lnkd.in/gpKW7rbn Big thanks to Justin Mares , Drew Jackson , and Kennedy Coleman for the collaboration on this! 135 11 Comments Copy LinkedIn Facebook X Cole Offer reacted on this Report this post Cole Offer reacted on this Holly Gottlieb Holly Gottlieb 3mo Cole Offer reacted on this For early stage businesses, the traditional recruiting model does NOT make sense.... Drop $15k - $30k up front on a hire that might leave in 6 months? Yes I'm a recruiter. Yes I charged that model for years. But this week I placed a fractional COO into an early stage business on the monthly margin model, and it actually felt REALLY good. Not just because I got a deal done, but because I can see this is SO much better for the business itself and for the values I stand for. I felt useful. And that's a core need we have as humans. It didn't make sense for the client to pay that big chunk up front. But in this model both the client and the contractor get to see if it aligns. Because it takes time to build trust. And adaptability in this market is EVERYTHING. The other piece about the old model that no longer works for me is the fact that once you've found the hire, you're done and onto the next. What excites ME is being part of a companies' growth in the long haul. Having monthly check-ins in how I can add value, leverage my network, and actually get BEHIND the business / founder. I want to work with businesses and founders I believe in. This model allows me to bring more of my WHOLE self to do that, not just focus on getting the deal done. And, if I'm here for the long game, it's the values and integrity and trust that actually stand over time. Ps. I finalized this deal whilst hiking up Glastonbury Tor with my mum. And I said to her... THIS is how I want to build a business. Not behind a screen. But connecting the dots together in the way I know how to do best. Need to hire for your business but the old recruiting fees not working for you? Let's chat. public_profile__reactions 8 Copy LinkedIn Facebook X Cole Offer reacted on this Report this post Cole Offer reacted on this Ben Parens Ben Parens 4mo Cole Offer reacted on this About a year ago, I started Nestwell with a simple conviction: good inputs lead to better outcomes, and the home you live in is the most consequential input of them all. A company is much like a body… the better your inputs, the better your outcomes. To that end, Nestwell has acquired Dwelling Health , incubated by Healthworx Studio the venture studio backed by CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield. The home is where we spend 90% of our lives. It holds the air we breathe, dispenses the water we drink, and is the environment that most influences our long-term health. But, it’s a massively overlooked variable in healthcare more generally. Dwelling Health began with the same belief that drives Nestwell: the home is the foundation of long-term health, and it deserves the same clinical rigor we apply to everything else in medicine. By bringing Dwelling Health's clinical backing into Nestwell, we're both building a better product and strengthening the connective tissue between environmental data and real health outcomes. It also will accelerate our path toward working with the payers and health systems that can put this in front of the people who need it most. And perhaps the biggest ancillary benefit of this acquisition is that I get to welcome Shiv Gaglani, MD, MBA as a Strategic Advisor. Shiv's successes as a founder himself (and his depth of knowledge in this space) will make us sharper, faster, and more ambitious. We have a lot more to share in the coming weeks. For now, I want to thank Michael Batista and the rest of the team at Healthworx, and everyone who's believed in this vision. The home has been a blind spot in healthcare for too long; we're going to change that. public_profile__reactions 243 78 Comments Copy LinkedIn Facebook X Cole Offer liked this Report this post Cole Offer liked this Liam Hyde Liam Hyde 5mo Cole Offer liked this That's a wrap on Clubhouse 's opening weekend. 🙌 To everyone who showed up, shared it, sent a message, or just believed in this thing before there was anything to believe in — thank you. Genuinely. I don't take that for granted for a second. The road to get here was long. Longer than I expected. And messier. There were 3 AM nights with pieces of wood for a trash can that just wouldn't cooperate. Nights on a 14 foot ladder touching up paint on a section of ceiling that no one would ever notice — and doing it anyway. Hand-staining walls. Sanding them down. Then doing it all over again because it wasn't quite right. The night before opening? I was still there at 6 AM with doors open at 10 AM. Not because something went wrong — but because the standard we set for this place demanded it. Hours scrolling through hundreds of options just to find the right sconce. The right rug. The right flooring. Hundreds of stain and paint samples. Tiny decisions that most people will never consciously notice — but that you feel when you walk into a room that was built with care versus one that wasn't. That's what Clubhouse is about. It was never just about putting simulators in a room. It was about building a place where people — golfers and non-golfers alike — walk in and immediately feel comfortable. Feel welcomed. Feel like they belong. Watching that happen this weekend, seeing people finally get it in person after hearing me talk about it for so long... that made every sleepless night worth it. We're just getting started — and we have a few more chances to come experience it firsthand this week: Wednesday 4/15 — 4 PM – 6 PM Thursday 4/16 — 4 PM – 7 PM Come see what we built. We'd love to have you. public_profile__reactions 220 41 Comments Copy LinkedIn Facebook X Cole Offer liked this Report this post Cole Offer liked this Zach Teiger Zach Teiger 5mo Cole Offer liked this We are in the Tesla Roadster phase of consumer health. And most people in the industry don't realize what that means. In 2006, Tesla's entire strategy fit on one page: build an expensive car → fund a medium-priced car → fund an affordable car. The Roadster was never the destination. It was the proof of concept that made everything after it possible. Now look at consumer health in 2025: 𝗢𝘂𝗿𝗮 𝗥𝗶𝗻𝗴 → $349–$499 + subscription 𝗪𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗽 → $239–$359/yr 𝗖𝗚𝗠𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀 → $75–$300+/month 𝗘𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗦𝗹𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗣𝗼𝗱 → $1,795 - $4,700 + subscription Stack those together, and you're easily at $2,000+/yr. These are Roadsters. Expensive. Early-adopter. Aspirational. And that's not a criticism — it's a phase. The wearable health market is projected to hit $230B+ by 2034. AI-enabled health startups now command 54% of all digital health funding. The infrastructure is being built. With every market, there will be early adopters. But here's the tension no one's talking about. The Roadster worked because Tesla had a master plan to reach the Model 3. A deliberate, sequenced path from premium to mass market. Most consumer health companies are building more premium features, not cheaper ones. Moving toward Model S, not Model 3. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 $𝟮𝟬/𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝘆𝗲𝘁. So the question worth asking: Who in consumer health actually has a Model 3 plan — and who is just building luxury goods? Who's building for the 90%, not the 10%? Is this model comparable, or will we rely on insurance companies to continue to be the payer for the mass market? Drop a name — I want to know who you're watching. public_profile__reactions 80 20 Comments Copy LinkedIn Facebook X Cole Offer reacted on this Report this post Cole Offer reacted on this Zach Teiger Zach Teiger 6mo Cole Offer reacted on this I could use your help. I'm looking for Angel investors and HNWI who are specifically interested in investing within the consumer health and well-being space. One of the unexpected outcomes of posting about consumer wellness and organizing a conference has been the pipeline of entrepreneurs reaching out about their companies. I am constantly blown away by the ideas, passion, and vision these founders have. While some of them are ready to raise from VC, others are looking to get connected with Angel investors + HNWI individuals who are passionate about the industry. If you fall into this category, know of someone I should speak to, or recommend someone for me to get in touch with, comment and let me know! This is a chance to connect amazing investors with exciting companies in the health and well-being space. Investing capital in the right opportunities is one way to move this industry toward a more preventative, continuous, health-focused world. A few names that came up from my research, if you're interested in connecting for more deal flow: Dick Costolo , Fritz Lanman , Harvey Spevak , Serena Williams , Tony Robbins , Peter H. Diamandis , Scott Belsky , Esther Dyson 114 40 Comments Copy LinkedIn Facebook X Cole Offer reacted on this Report this post Cole Offer reacted on this Connor Moldo Connor Moldo 6mo Cole Offer reacted on this Great spending time in Miami with some of my favorite clients and DLA colleagues. Notably, joining StripMallGuy for a fantastic event hosted by the Agora team. Don and my relationship epitomizes the bond that sponsors build with fund counsel throughout the fundraising cycle. No matter how small the request, I made sure I was available and responsive, recognizing my role to reduce stress and provide not only lawyerly, but human advice. Through these interactions, Don and my chemistry grew immensely. Working with great individuals like Don makes witnessing their success that much sweeter. Additionally, I spent time with a couple of my DLA mentors, Jessica McKinney and Maximilian Viski-Hanka . During my time with the firm, they have provided advice navigating countless stressful instances. It underscores the importance of bonding early on with the senior associates in your firm. Not only can you try to emulate their actions, but they can be a trusted resource, answering many of the “unanswerable” questions young attorneys face. Fortunate to have them by my side as my legal career progresses. public_profile__reactions 76 3 Comments Copy LinkedIn Facebook X Cole Offer reacted on this Report this post Cole Offer reacted on this Maximilien Knox Kelly Maximilien Knox Kelly 8mo Cole Offer reacted on this Humor me, LinkedIn: I’m one of many who bit the dust in Amazon’s latest layoff round. First and foremost, I want to acknowledge the real impact this has on people’s lives. Yes, I need a job. But I’m also incredibly fortunate. I only have myself to care for, and I’m surrounded by family and friends who have my back. Many others aren’t in that position. Some have families to feed. Some are racing against expiring visas. Some don’t have a support system to lean on. So this post is as much for them as it is for me. A reminder: becoming an Amazonian means passing a ~2% acceptance rate and one of the most rigorous interview loops out there. A headcount decision doesn’t erase that. We were hired because we raise the bar, and that’s still true today. My best friend always tells me, “Max, it’s about the experience.” Well… he’s right, AWS was one hell of an experience. And now it’s time to use that experience for what’s next. I’ll be the first to admit I’m not perfect. But I’ve always prided myself on showing up for others, helping where I can, and supporting people however possible. I genuinely believe my success is your success. If I can make an intro, share an opportunity, or help through my network, I will. More importantly, I believe in this community, and now is the time to show it. Here are some simple ways we can support each other: - Share a job posting with someone who’d be a great fit - Make an introduction - Check in on someone you know was impacted - Reach out for a coffee chat Somewhere along the way, we lost touch with the human part of being human. We were taught to go fast alone and measure success by titles and money. I recently read about Okinawa, Japan - home to some of the happiest, longest-living people on Earth. Their secret? They move through life together, help each other, and build community. If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together. Humans are meant to move forward together. Some of you might scroll past this. A few might judge it.. Heck, I probably would have a few years ago too. But I also know some of you will smile, empathize, and maybe even help - Whether that’s me or another Amazonian navigating this moment. I’m a glass-half-full kind of person. The way I see it, this is an opportunity to grow. When one door closes, another opens. On that note, I’m #OpenToWork and seeking to relocate to New York for the following roles: - Business Development Manager (Operations / Partnerships) - Vendor Operations / Vendor Strategy Manager - Supply Chain Strategy Manager - Commercial Operations Manager - Product Operations Manager If you can help, I’d be grateful. If you can help someone else impacted, even better! 145 20 Comments Copy LinkedIn Facebook X Cole Offer liked this Report this post Cole Offer liked this Quinn Edwards Quinn Edwards 8mo Cole Offer liked this To those who decide to read the entirety of this post, and to those that don’t - either way, happy new year! I’ve been quiet on here (not that I’ve ever been active on social media), but I’m excited to finally share what I’ve been up to. Last year, I made the decision to leave CBRE after 7 years - from interning in college to working on one of the top occupier teams in the country with people I deeply respect. I learned a lot and I’m incredibly grateful for that chapter and for everyone who was part of it. I reached a point where I felt ready for something new - more decision making power, more ownership, and more of a direct connection between the work I do and the outcomes it creates. So, Jake Heller and I launched Westmont Partners - a land development & lot-servicing platform that partners with homebuilders. In simple terms, we transform undeveloped land into usable property for housing - constructing infrastructure like roads, sidewalks, utilities, sewer, drainage - and deliver finished, builder-ready, just-in-time lots to homebuilders. We’re actively engaged with multiple homebuilders across CA, AZ, and NV. Why does this matter? Homebuilders want to focus solely on what they do best - building homes - doing it more efficiently, more cost-effectively, and at greater scale so they can deliver more homes, faster, and at lower prices. The “why” behind Westmont is simple: support builders by taking the hardest, most capital-intensive and operationally complex piece off their plate - and in doing that, help play a small role in addressing a housing market that is fundamentally undersupplied and increasingly unaffordable. Along the way, we became a little obsessed with improving how we work - in today’s world you have to constantly adapt. We started integrating AI into our workflows - deal sourcing, underwriting, DD, capital raising, etc. - basically every part of building a real estate platform from scratch. We shared what we were doing, people reached out, and one thing led to another… and (with the help of Taylor Avakian ) we accidentally started a 2nd business: AI for CRE Collective . It’s now a community of 500+ real estate professionals learning how to use AI in a practical way - real workflows, tools, and use cases to move faster, make better decisions, and build better businesses. So I’m sharing all of this to say thank you to the people who’ve supported me, to share what I’m up to, and because one of my 2026 goals is to be more active on LinkedIn, Twitter, and maybe even TikTok (which is either a great idea or a terrible one, TBD). I truly have no idea where all of this goes. But I do know launching something that’s yours, taking responsibility for your choices, and trying to build both a business and a life you actually want to live - personally and professionally - feels like the right direction. If you want to talk housing, land development, anything real estate, or AI - you know where to find me. Wish me (us) luck. 209 52 Comments Copy LinkedIn Facebook X No more next content Slide to item 1 Slide to item 2 See all activities Experience & Education *]:mb-0 text-[18px] text-color-text leading-regular group-hover:underline font-semibold"> Stealth *]:mb-0 not-first-middot leading-[1.75]"> ******* *]:mb-0 [&>*]:text-md [&>*]:text-color-text-low-emphasis"> *]:mb-0 text-[18px] text-color-text leading-regular group-hover:underline font-semibold"> ********* *]:mb-0 not-first-middot leading-[1.75]"> ** ******* ********** *]:mb-0 [&>*]:text-md [&>*]:text-color-text-low-emphasis"> *]:mb-0 text-[18px] text-color-text leading-regular group-hover:underline font-semibold">
