# Free 15-Minute Assessment for AI Audit Clients

Corey Ganim @coreyganim This free 15-minute assessment turns cold conversations into $999 AI audit clients 30-50% of the time. No certifications, portfolio or technical skills required. Just two short calls and one framework. I broke down the entire playbook on the latest episode of the Build With AI t works: 1. The goal is simple. Find one bottleneck, prescribe one tool, upsell the paid engagement. 2. Everything maps to three ROI levers: more revenue, more hours back, or happier customers. If it doesn't hit one, it doesn't make the cut. 3. Meeting one is pure discovery. Ask questions, listen, name their pain back to them. Prescribe nothing on call one. 4. Ask the forking question first. "What matters more: more revenue, more time, or happier customers?" Their answer weights everything. 5. Then the repetition question. "What's your most repeated weekly task?" One thing always sticks out. 6. Then friction. "Where do things stall or slip through the cracks?" The ripest AI targets live here. 7. Get the ROI anchor in their own words. Hours per week × value of their time. 2 hours at $200/hour = $400/week. They price the fix themselves. 8. Close with the magic wand question. "If this ran itself tomorrow, what would change?" Then shut up and listen. 9. Between calls, find where frequency meets friction. That intersection is the one bottleneck you prescribe for. One only. 10. Three prescription paths. Common task: off-the-shelf tool (find them on theresanaiforthat.com , futurepedia.io ). Judgment, writing, or research: Claude Cowork. Repeatable workflow unique to them: custom Claude skill. 11. Tell them the what, not the how. You're not building it for free. That's the upsell. 12. Come to call two with three things: tool name, cost, and the first step they could take this week. 13. Ask the money question. "Want me to hand this off, build it with you, or build it for you?" 30-50% pick option two or three. That's your paid client. Free value first builds the trust that makes the paid offer feel obvious. Full framework is in a free Notion doc, including both call scripts. Link in the next tweet.
