# Stay Longer, Save More: Discover Surfbreak PXM's New Pricing Options for Coliving by the Beach

## Stay longer, pay less.

We're excited to announce standard, discounted, and flex pricing at our coliving and coworking beach villa in Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca. Our pricing model allows members to get the most from their Surfbreak experience for longer stays while paying less. Here's how it works:

### Member Stays · ### Rate (Standard, Discount, Flex)

Standard stays: 1 month · Standard monthly rate - no discount

Extended stays: 2 to 3 months · 10% discount on standard monthly rate

Long-term stays: 4+ months · 20% discount on standard monthly rate

Nightly stays: 7 to 29 days · 35% flex increase on standard monthly rate

### Standard Stays: 1 month

For stays 1 month to less than 2 months, members pay the standard monthly rate for the respective booked room. Our standard monthly pricing per room can be viewed [here](https://www.surfbreakcoliving.com/pxm-room-availability)

*For example, if a member stays at Surfbreak PXM for 1 month and 28 days, the standard monthly rate will be applied.*

### Extended Stays: 2 to 3 months

For stays 2 months to greater than 3 months, but less than 4 months get a **10% discount** on the standard monthly rate for the respective booked room.

*For example, if a member stays at Surfbreak PXM for 3 months and 15 days, a 10% discount on the standard monthly rate will be applied to their entire stay.*

### Long-term Stays: 4+ months

For stays 4 months to greater get a **20% discount** on the standard monthly rate for the respective booked room.

*For example, if a member stays at Surfbreak PXM for 4 months or more, a 20% discount on the standard monthly rate will be applied to their entire stay.*

### Nightly Stays: 7 to 29 days

Stays of 29 days or less (to 7) have a **35% daily rate increase** on the total prorated standard monthly rate for the respective booked room.

*For example, if a member stays at Surfbreak PXM for 8 days, a 35% increase on the standard monthly rate will be applied. A room with a standard rate of $1600 with a 35% increase is $72 per night, so for 7 nights the member would owe $504 ($72 x 7 nights).*
