Hawai‘i Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) The Hawai‘i ADRC helps older adults, individuals with disabilities, and family caregivers find options for long term supports and services available to them in the State of Hawai‘i. We respectfully request your kōkua in sharing this survey through your newsletters and/or online platforms through August 25, 2026 . Your partnership will help ensure broad statewide participation , especially from communities and populations whose voices are essential for planning purposes. The responses will help improve programs and services for kūpuna and caregivers, and guide future planning at the state and county levels.
