[00:00] My name's Darren Reuben from JLP Financial.

[00:04] We're a firm of independent mortgage brokers specializing in all forms of property funding, personal insurance, and private medical insurance.

[00:13] While I was working with the designers of Factotum, I gave them quite a tough brief, which was to make a financial website look fun, look modern, look fresh, ensuring that it met the FCA guidelines, and they delivered. It's been done so professionally, and we've had such amazing comments on it.

[000:30] It's been great working with Factotum because they've been able to help me with many different facets of my business, from IT to the website, to the branding. Right from the beginning, they've been with me, holding my hand, and they've got so many other areas that I will be using in the future: PR, marketing, even as far as HR and accountancy.
