It's front gable is unique, though there is a similar one in Park Ridge (check out my previous posts for a photo of Design No. 35-E when I did my George Barber tour of Park Ridge). Both houses have a Palladian window recessed back in the gothic arch of the front gable, though this house also has a balcony with some columns supporting the gable.
