# Surfbreak PXM Tour

[00:00] Surf break is a co-living design to bring people together from around the world.
[00:03] Remote workers and digital nomads looking for a true community and a place to call home.
[00:08] We create lots of spaces where people connect, the swimming pool, the lounge chairs, a comfy sofa, a spacious living room and kitchen that's air conditioned, rooftop deck spaces.
[00:17] Currently, you can stay at Surf break co-living in Puerto Escondido or in Honolulu, Hawaii.
[00:21] So, Puerto Escondido is like stepping back in time to an amazing surf town.
[00:26] There's so many fun things to do in the ocean, whether you're a surfer, a swimmer, if you want to snorkel, free dive, scuba dive, the ocean resources here are almost unlimited.
[00:33] Well, hotels are isolating and hostels are dirty, so we created surf break where you could live your best life in a great environment.
[00:39] We can host 25 members steps to the beach.
[00:41] We have a wide variety of rooms from small singles to large kings, ocean view rooms, internal singles, lots of options.
[00:47] Puerto offers an amazing work life balance.
[00:50] The natural rhythms will help reinforce being productive, but at the same time, having fun with your friends.
[00:55] There's dozens of restaurants within walking distance.
[00:58] We host rooftop yoga, wellness classes, and we partner with shred to help people stay healthy, happy and productive.
[01:04] That they've made lifelong friends that they can connect with around the world and that they have a true home in Puerto Escondido and Honolulu, Hawaii, where they can come and reconnect year after year.
