There is no cell service or public WiFi at Muir Woods. You must present this voucher upon arrival at Muir Woods. Muir Woods follows the most recent NPS and GGNRA COVID19 guidance. Visitors with STANDARD reservations must arrive within the reserved arrival window, but you may stay as long as you like, until park closing hours. If you arrive outside of your reserved time window, you will be parked based on availability. Visitors with MEDIUM and LARGE reservations must arrive and depart within the reservation time slot. Reservations are non- transferable (may not be resold or otherwise transferred). There will be in-park spot checking to ensure the holder of the reservation is the person that made the reservation, or that person's secondary designation. A full refund will be provided for cancellations of regular parking and shuttle reservations made at least 72 hours in advance of the reservation time. For medium and large vehicle reservations, there will be a $10 cancellation fee. Visitors making a cancellation less than 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund for any pre-purchased park entrance fees, and no refund for their parking or shuttle reservation. Visitors are encouraged to cancel a reservation if they know their plans have changed, so that others can visit the park. PRE-PURCHASED ENTRANCE FEES are valid for the date of entry only; are not transferable; are not replaceable if lost or stolen; are void if altered or reproduced. Changes to the number of pre purchased entrance fees can be made up until the time of your reservation. THIS CONTRACT LIMITS OUR LIABILITY - PLEASE READ IT Each reservation is only valid on the date displayed and at the facility identified on this reservation. This reservation is valid for a single entry and no in & out privileges. NO OVERNIGHT PARKING. Reservation expires at park closing hours. Any vehicle left after park close will be subject to additional charges and may be towed. Any vehicle parked in an unauthorized area is subject to removal from the facility at the sole cost and expense of the customer. This reservation is your only contract and is not transferable. It licenses you to park and lock one vehicle in a designated area at your own sole risk. ACE Parking does not guard or assume care, custody or control of your vehicle or its contents and is not responsible for fire, theft, damage or loss. ACE Parking issues this reservation as your contract for timekeeping purposes only. Only a license to park is granted hereby and no bailment is created. This is not a claim check.
