# Starting an AI GTM Agency: 7 Essential Plays

Michael Saruggia 12h Report this post If I were starting an AI GTM Agency from $0 today - here are the 7 GTM Plays I would run to make sure every single person in my TAM knows my offer: 1) LinkedIn Build In Public 1X post per day. A mix of thought leadership, personal, and lead magnets. Pretty easy to go semi-viral. 2) Cold Email I would map my entire TAM, put them on one single Smartlead sequence and hit all of them every 7 days with a new angle / lead magnet. And my offer in the signature ex. michaelsaruggia(.)com/program 3) Joining Communities I would hang out in every free and private community where my ICP is going out. Finding this community is an art. Getting invited, paying or presenting is a huge ROI activity. Share what you learn with long answers. 4) YT Videos 2x per week. You have to be very good at finding angles, ideas and packaging them in the right way. I started with an agency, and now I substitute it with a Claude flow that I developed in 10 hours that cuts the video, creates a teaser and uses Auphonic API to have an A++ Audio. 5) X Build In Public I am starting now with this but there are people like Peter Levels or or my friend James Camp who built empires there making millions of impressions per week. Sometimes per day. X is HOT again. 6) Newsletter The goal of every social activity is to actually attract people to my newsletter or WhatsApp group. From there, I have an auto responder, and I push people to my offer. Easy and effective. 7) Micro-influencers With partners' tools and ex-clients, I develop micro-influencer relationships where they post about my content in exchange for gift cards, discounts or other content. 9) LinkedIn DMs Every day I wake up with a list of CXOs and VPs that are my perfect ICP and active on LinkedIn. I send a blank connection first and then 4 super relevant personal and work related messages to connect with them. Super high reply rate, like 20%. I just add value. I don't pitch. Every channel feeds one place, and the autoresponder takes it from there. Conversion compounds instead of scattering across platforms. 📧 Like Reply 1 Reaction See more comments To view or add a comment, sign in
