Event Sponsorship Opportunities Position your business at the forefront of the City’s most highly attended concerts, festivals, and special events with event sponsorship.   LEARN MORE (PDF) City-Sponsored Special Event Rules In addition to the daily Town Green rules, additional guidelines apply during special events to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.  General Special Event Guidelines Guests are expected to behave respectfully and follow all Town Green policies and state and local laws. Any guest acting in a manner deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate may be asked to leave the event area. Bikes, scooters, skates, and other wheeled recreational items are not allowed in the event area. Sports activities are not permitted during events, including throwing or kicking balls. Facility Rental The Town Green is a shared community space designed for everyone to enjoy. To keep it welcoming and accessible to all. No Private Rentals or Reservations The Town Green is a public park open year-round to all visitors. Reserved spaces are not allowed. Areas within the park cannot be held, marked, or saved for group use.  For more information, visit our Town Green page. Register for Updates Vendors If you are interested in becoming a vendor at one of our events, please check out our Eventeny Page . All events that are accepting vendor applications will be uploaded to Eventeny.
