summary: "Slaygent is an API-first web scraping and agentic solution that addresses limitations of existing alternatives like Claude Code, Exa, and Parallel Web Systems. It delivers high-quality, cost-efficient, and fast web extraction at scale, reducing processing time from three hours to five minutes for large workloads."

# How Slaygent Processes 10,000 Companies in 5 Minutes

Revaz Dzidziguri 1d Report this post In a period of EXTREMELY high rise of Claude Code among GTM engineers the #1 thing I kept hearing was that nobody could find a worthy replacement for Claygent. I've probably seen ALL of the hacky combinations people tried to mimic whatever it's doing: 1. A scraper (Firecrawl, spider.cloud , crawl4ai) to reliably pull the site, then an LLM run over what came back 2. Exa or Parallel Web Systems 3. Claude Code ITSELF, leveraging subsidized tokens, paired with a scraper for the JS-heavy sites None of them actually do what's needed, so here's the criteria: A. High quality, which means genuinely agentic — based on the use case, the agent picks its own way to get what you asked for, navigating multiple pages, running a web search, whatever the job takes B. Cost efficient at scale C. Fast Scraper-then-LLM is cost efficient, especially on Chinese models in the cloud or open-weight models running locally, but it isn't agentic. You're scraping the first page and analyzing that, and that's it. Exa and Parallel Web Systems are better on quality, and then extremely expensive at scale. Claude Code is the hackiest of the three because you're using it for something it was never designed to do, and it's slow. That's why we built API-first 🗡️Slaygent.co , first for our own clients at Stimuli , and it ticks all three: agentic and therefore high quality, far more cost efficient than anything else on the market, .....and NOW IT'S ALSO FAST AND WITHSTANDS HUGE LOAD, thanks to Lasha Gorgodze Ten thousand companies used to take three hours. It's five minutes now. Puts together a number of things I’ve either built, tried to build, or realized I needed to find. The biggest shift isn't just faster web extraction—it's enabling agents to reliably execute end-to-end workflows with high-quality data. Looking forward to seeing how API-first infrastructure evolves. Like Reply 1 Reaction 2 Reactions See more comments To view or add a comment, sign in
