Add A splash of water to make the smell go away. After 2 minutes start mixing in the ingredients turn by turn.\n2. Add all the sabat masalas. Add the ginger garlic paste and Add The Onion paste too. Coom for 4-5 minutes.\n3. Add the mutton and stir for 2/-3 mins and then add the raw garlic. Add water and then on a low flame cook for atleast 1 hour until the meat is tender. Stir again to make sure the gravy is ready\n4. Add some curry to the matka. Garnish with coriander, green chillies and desi ghee. Cook for 10 minutes.\n\nEnjoy :)\".
