I also work with the Techstars Farm to Fork Accelerator and the Minnesota Twins Accelerator in partnership with Techstars. As an investor, I’m interested in startups with great founders that I want to work with until they are done entrepreneuring. My core focus is companies solving problems throughout the world’s food system - from robotics to kitchen tech to biotech to supply chain. Prior to investing, I was an entrepreneur who built both venture backed and bootstrapped startups. I’ve led companies to acquisition and to failure.
