Open Clever ParentSquare Schoology for Families (Grades 5 - 8) Students use Clever to access Schoology, Microsoft 365, and other links for students. For online textbooks, students in grades K-5 use Clever and students in grades 6-8 use Schoology. Parents use ParentSquare for school communication and Schoology to keep track of schoolwork. Kindergarten 1st Grade 2nd Grade 3rd Grade School Access/Volunteer Application In an ongoing endeavor to provide safety and security for students and staff, school access is required for every individual that is not a staff member of the St. Johns County School District. This is done through completion of the district’s Volunteer Application . Whether an individual is volunteering in some capacity, attending a meeting or presentation, or chaperoning a school field trip completion of the application is required. School access is good for 3 years. The St. Johns County School District Honor Card program has gone digital! If your child is on the A/B honor roll and in grades 3 – 12, you have the opportunity to receive discounts at some very fun and exciting places in St. Johns County. Instead of paper honor cards, you will now show business participants your phone and receive these discounts. Summer BreakSpot Free Meals for Kids & Teens Summer BreakSpot offers balanced breakfasts, lunches, snacks or dinners at no cost for kids 18 and under. Meals will be served on site, at no cost, at places like parks, libraries, schools, and churches. Summer 2026 High School Facility Use In an effort to promote community health and well-being this summer, SJCSD will open its high school facilities to the public on select Wednesday evenings throughout the summer. FortifyFL FortifyFL is a mobile app and web-based tool that allows students, parents, and community members in Florida to anonymously report suspicious activities, potential threats, or safety concerns related to schools. The app immediately forwards these reports to appropriate law enforcement agencies and school officials for rapid response. School Access School access (proceeding past the front office of any school) is required for every individual that is not a staff member of the St. Johns County School District. Student Cell Phone Policy Cell phones must always be OFF and OUT OF SIGHT. Students may possess cellular telephones and other wireless communication devices at school, on buses, and at school functions. However, they must be turned off, stored in student’s backpack, purse, or locker. The device shall not be used during the school day. Failure to comply may result in the device being confiscated. Repeated failure to comply will be considered defiance of school rules. LPA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cell phones/electronic devices. Interpreter Information If you are a person with a disability who needs assistance and are planning to attend a school meeting or program, please contact Liberty Pines Academy at 904-547-7900 with your specific need. Rainy Day Dismissal Procedures Please expect delays during Rainy Day Dismissals. If lightning is reported or if we are under a severe rainstorm advisory, rainy day dismissal will be announced through the School Messenger System. If lightning is reported, bikers & walkers will be held until it is safe to release them or parents will be directed to pick up their student through car line. Bus riders will be dismissed as scheduled. The car line will also continue as scheduled. Please expect delays as we dismiss students safely. We appreciate your patience, support, and understanding. The safety of our students is our top priority!
