No application fees apply for assistance animals. A valid animal profile is still required through PetScreening.com . Restricted Dog Breeds For the safety of our residents and neighbors, the following dog breeds and mixes are not allowedโ€”even in pet-friendly homes: Akita Alaskan Malamute Doberman Pinscher German Shepard Pit Bull Presa Canario Rottweiler Shar-Pei American Staffordshire Terrier Wolf/Dog Hybrids โš ๏ธ Important Note: Any dog with a history of aggression, biting, or displaying vicious tendencies will not be approved. โŒ ๐Ÿšซ Other Pet Restrictions To maintain the quality of our homes and protect residents: No dogs or cats under 1 year old No ferrets permitted All reptiles, amphibians, rodents, and birds must remain in a cage or secure enclosure Other pets (including dog breeds not listed above and all cats) will be considered on a case-by-case basis Final approval of all pets is at the sole discretion of the landlord . Pet Fees If you have a pet, you will be required to pay a $300.00 Pet Administrative Fee per pet upon move-in. This is a one-time fee. In addition to this fee, you will also have monthly pet admin fees per pet. The amount of the pet fee is determined based upon the "Paw Score" that PetScreening.com assigns to your pet.
