1.3 WARRANTY
A. Upon project completion, provide FM 10-Year System Warranty to owner.
B. Warranty eligibility requires:
1. Installation by FM-certified applicator
2. SP1 primer, S60 membrane, DM2 drainage mat assembly
3. All transitions per applicable FM TTP detail
4. Passing 24-hour flood test with documented log
5. Complete submittal package delivered to FM before warranty issuance
C. Submit warranty application to FM within 30 days of substantial
completion of waterproofing scope.
