Instead of letting them choose or refuse what’s been prepared, teach them to accept and be grateful for the food provided each day as a blessing.\n\n\t2.\tClothing: Rather than asking, “Do you like this outfit?” say, “This is the appropriate and suitable clothing for you to wear.” \nClothing reflects the values and standards of the family. A child who is not yet mature doesn’t have the full ability to choose appropriate clothing. Therefore, parents should be firm in deciding what is suitable and proper, rather than letting the child make all the decisions on their own.\n\n\t3.\tHome: Avoid saying, “Do you want to live here?” Instead, be firm by stating, “This is our home where we will live, find shelter, and worship, and we should be grateful for it.”\nA home is a place for shelter, worship, and family.
