Resources Family Connection Camden is all about resources. We strive to bring resources together in a collaborative setting, to develop a strategic plan, and create solutions to issues facing our county. Family Connection Camden – Google My Maps Georgia Family Connection Partnership and Voices for Georgia’s Children have partnered to ensure an accurate count for Georgia in Census 2020. Census 2020 is going to impact how all Georgians live their lives for the next 10 years. gafcp.org/2020-census/ Civic health is the way communities are organized to define and address public problems. Civic health includes a wide range of civic engagement indicators, from social interactions among friends and family to the ways people participate in groups and communities.
