I found Matt after trying a few other Realtors® that just didn't seem to be understanding what I wanted. This is a tough market for buyers and I wanted a Realtor® who was assertive without being too pushy. Matt exceeded my expectations and was right there for me throughout the entire process. He was easy to talk with, knowledgeable, and always returned my calls and texts promptly. He was able to recommend other competent service professionals to assist me with various parts of the process, but only if I asked him to. If he could not answer a question, he connected me with someone who could right away. He thought of things I didn't think of and I felt that he really cared about helping me make sure that everything went smoothly even beyond the closing. I highly and wholeheartedly recommend Matt to anyone out there looking to buy or sell a home. He will not let you down! Jennifer B. This was our second time using Matt as our Realtor®. He sold our home in 2018, and we were so happy with the work that we sought him out when we were ready to buy a new home. Matt was friendly, professional, paid close attention to the details, responded quickly to calls and emails, and was great to work with. I don’t recall any time that I called him and he didn’t answer the phone. He is extremely patient, responsive, and professional. Matt always went the extra 10 miles to make things happen. I think overall, he lost money after the home transaction was completed, and not one time did he shows that or was mad about it, yet he was always extremely helpful, professional, courteous, patient, and super nice. I honestly don’t write reviews; however, I really felt that I have to write this review to highly recommend Matt, because, If you go with Matt, you can never go wrong! Buyer & Seller I first contacted Matt in April 2019 for advice on preparing my home to sell. He gave invaluable advice and saved me lots of Dollars because I was planning on doing way too much. He stayed in touch, sent possible listings for a new home even though we didn't sign a contract till Feb. 2019. Matt priced our home fairly and it sold in 3 days! He helped us find our new home, helped us thru all the ups and downs, and fought for us when needed. Matt was always available and returned calls quickly.
