Rooted in Poulsbo's rich Scandinavian heritage, our annual festival brings thousands of neighbors and visitors together every third weekend in May for a festive parade, lively carnival and street fair, and the timeless spirit of Norse tradition. The Viking Fest scholarship is open to graduating seniors from North Kitsap School District with the intent to pursue a degree at an accredited college, university or Trade School.
