# About | Darwinian Ventures

Evan Rennix · Managing Partner GTM operator and revenue systems builder. Evan joined Darwinian Ventures as Managing Partner to help founders build the repeatable, scalable go-to-market engines required for durable growth before scaling headcount or spend. He has led revenue teams that scaled past $100M in ARR and built bootstrapped GTM motions from $0 to $25M+ in ARR. He has held front-line and leadership sales roles at high-growth companies including Clearco and Retention, and has served as Fractional Head of Revenue for multiple startups. His most recent work has focused on consulting with seed through Series-stage founders on adopting modern GTM AI and technology, building outbound systems, GTM engineering, sales process and playbook adoption, and hiring talent for scale. His work sits at the intersection of GTM leadership, sales engineering, and modern pipeline development: building systems, playbooks, GTM architecture, and seller motions that turn founder-led selling into a repeatable revenue engine that can be observed, coached, and scaled.
