Prior to lockdown, he was really into proper nutritional eating and cooking his own food - from which, he lost a ton of weight and created his twitter handle - low carb rob. Outside of these things, he is a Podcast host of the budding show Coffee & Coding , which he started during the covid lockdown (of course, after years of procrastination). A quick note...
