Published in 2014 by Ann Ralph “Grow A Little Fruit Tree” is one on my favorites. 

She encourages keeping backyard fruit trees small and manageable through aggressive, strategic pruning. @storeypub 

The core idea is that you can grow ordinary, full-size varieties of apples, peaches, plums, pears, figs, etc., and maintain them at roughly 6 feet tall or so, making them easier to prune, harvest, protect from pests, and fit into a small garden. 

Before this book, I didn’t think it was possible to grow fruit in my small suburban yard, but my mind has been changed!
