Product Description Elevation ® Fabric Flashing Tape is a high-performance, flexible, and durable waterproofing tape designed to seal joints, penetrations, and transitions in waterproofing applications. Its adaptable nature allows it to confirm tightly to irregular surfaces, ensuring a secure and lasting seal. Primary Application • Elevation ® DM2 drainage mat seams where sections are butted together. • Securing Elevation ® DM2 drainage mat to the T-Bar (following Flood Test), bridging any gap, preventing concrete from fouling the drainage plane and ensuring long-term waterproofing integrity. Key Features • Flexible and conformable to complex shapes and transitions. • Durable against UV and remains weather-resistant for long-term performance. • Adhesive backed with removable release liner for quick and easy installation. Where to Use • Seams where Elevation ® DM2 drainage mat butts against itself. • Seam where Elevation ® DM2 drainage mat butts against the T-Bar. Instructions General Surface Prep Ensure the surface is clean and dry. Remove dust, dirt, oil, grease, and contaminants. Address excessive moisture if necessary. Avoid extreme conditions. Perform a final check to clear debris and confirm the surface meets all preparation guidelines before application. Installation of Product Always read the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for full precautionary instructions before use. Surface Prep • Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free of debris before installation. • Do not apply over loose or weakly bonded materials. Application • Elevation ® DM2 drainage mat Drainage Membrane: Align tape along the seams and firmly press into place to create a continuous waterproof barrier. • Where Elevation ® DM2 meets T-Bar: Using the tape, straddle where the Elevation ® DM butts against the T-Bar to ensure a secure transition. Storage & Protection • Store between 40 o F (5 o C) and 100 o F (38 o C.) • If exposed to lower temperatures, restore product to a minimum of 40 o F before application. • Shelf Life of 12 months from date of manufacture.
