You don’t even have to cross the street or move your car. You can literally wake up, go to the lobby, grab a free cup of good coffee, and then be outside on the sand in minutes. It has beautiful views of the ocean, including sunset views. It is very pet-friendly, and you will see a lot of beautiful dogs. The rooms are nice with comfortable beds, robes in some rooms, and a microwave and mini fridge. They are spacious and always clean. I have been staying here consistently for the past 8 years. It honestly keeps getting better. There has been remodeling and upgrading, and it shows. The restaurant is good, but could be better. More vegetarian options would be really nice; maybe some pasta dishes. Despite that, there is heated, outdoor, oceanfront seating and free entertainment on some nights. We enjoyed the live music of dueling pianos on a Friday night, and we had a nice heater, a comfy table, and a great view of the ocean and the entertainers. The entertainers were great, and they put on a great show. The pool is nice and well maintained . Towels are provided, and if they run out, the front desk staff will quickly provide you with what you need. The pool is heated. Poolside service for food and drink would make the pool better. The staff is great! Daniel, the bartender, stood out for his excellent customer service, pleasant disposition, and a great dirty martini! This hotel is within walking distance to Main Street with restaurants, bars, shops, and a Starbucks. There are beach rentals like bikes within walking distance. Also within walking distance is the old wooden pier and a playground on the sand for small children. We will continue to return to this hotel.
