# Take #36: Authenticity

[00:01] What are some things that a brand could actually learn from a musician?
[00:04] There's so much to learn from what it's like to be in front of real people in a live environment, when you meet the people that are giving you feedback or not giving you feedback, but you see the faces and you realize these are real human beings. This is a real person. When you forget that, it becomes more transactional. It can be harder to be authentic. There's definitely been some bills that I've been a part of where they're not there for what I'm doing. And that is a hard room to win over. It's much harder to win over the wrong room than it is to just be yourself in the right room.
