# Kinsbury Stone

[00:00] My name is Michael Stone, I'm the managing director of Kingsbury Stone.

[00:06] I work with Factotum because they've been able to provide me with support at different stages of the growth of the business. When they took over our emailers and the management of our emails to database, the first one they managed for us created havoc, if you like, within the company because the number of leads that it generated. And that was because they just looked at the demographics and the design and everything they got involved in was an instant success generating business for the company.

[00:36] They were prepared to roll their sleeves up and actually roll out many of the plans and ideas themselves. It was a very hands-on approach as opposed to other consultants I've worked with in the past. So as the business scaled, we realized with Factotum that we could get access to certain professionals with expertise and most importantly, access whenever I've required it to advice, help and strategic direction, which is, which has always been on hand. And that was hugely beneficial.
