Following the great success of Tutto il Giorno, friends Gianpaolo de Felice and David Mayer had another inspiration: to open a modern Italian-style café and bar. As she’s done with all the Tutto eateries, Gabby Karan de Felice conceptualized and designed the space, and Gally Mayer got behind the newly branded Tutto Caffe coffee program. Another family project was born. Tutto Caffe opened in East Hampton at the end of 2022, and was an instant success. A chic and inviting indoor/outdoor coffee spot in the Tutto tradition, Tutto Caffe’s guests enjoyour specialty regenerative bean coffee, cappuccino and espressos as well as wine and cocktails. Italian pastries and paninis, along with other delectable savories are offered throughout the day. Gabby Karan de Felice created the casual, sophisticated atmosphere using only Italian-sourced elements, working with Bonetti/Kozerski, an architecture firm she and her mother, the fashion icon Donna Karan, have worked with for years. While the Café opened in 2022, the idea was born three years earlier after the de Felice and Mayer families bought Buena Vida, a coffee company in Costa Rica, where the beans are harvested by local farmers. The two spent over a year learning the art of fine coffee, and further developed their 100% regenerative bean coffee to give it a Neapolitan accent, as inspired by Gianpaolo’s Southern Italian roots. Gally Mayer oversees the specialty coffee program as well as its charitable purpose – benefitting underprivileged Costa Rican youths through “Soccer for My Country.” Tutto Caffe is set for expansion summer 2026 with a new Bridgehampton location. With the same spirit and menu as the East Hampton caffé and bar, Bridgehampton's Tutto Caffe will soon be the second spot Hamptonites can gather for a casual breakfast, maybe a business meet up, or enjoy lunch al fresco. The friendly, intimate experience of our Caffès continue in the Tutto family tradition of eateries – a stylish place that feels as welcoming as home.
