I’m David Aferiat — an entrepreneurial and growth leader with 25+ years of building high-performing teams, sales engines, and peer CEO networks. I’ve worn the founder hat, the operator hat, and now the coach hat. Today I work with CEOs and leadership teams who’ve outgrown the way they operate. My job is to help teams see clearly, say what needs to be said, and make the decisions that move the business forward. Not motivation. Operation. I didn’t read about scaling; I lived through every plateau, every leadership-team rebuild, every quarter where the strategy was fine and the execution wasn’t. That experience is the difference.
