[00:00] Hey, just got into the office. Looks like I have 47 unread emails and a packed day of calls. Watch me clear my day before my first meeting.

[0009] So first thing I do every morning is I check the daily digest Serif's prepared for me overnight. Looks like my first call is in 5 minutes with Kathy. So before we do anything, let's get prepped for that meeting.

[00:21] Looks like Kathy talked to Steve from sales last week, looking for a solution to her inbox overwhelm nightmare, but needs more assurance on security because she works with healthcare clients. So I'm going to go over that with her.

[00:31] Every night, Serif automatically researches everyone I'm going to meet and compiles everything I need to know to be on top of my meetings.

[00:38] Now let's hit the task list. Serif flagged a proposal I sent last week that hasn't gotten a reply, and it's already drafted the follow-up.

[00:46] Looks like this person is asking about pricing. Because Serif already knows our SOP on how we handle discounts, it's drafted a reply with the correct number. And looks like it's also CC'd in John from legal to handle the MSA. That looks great. I'm going to send it.

[01:25] Just like that, I'm done with email. Alright, looks like Kathy's in 2 minutes. I've sent all my follow-ups, cleared my inbox, and I'm ready for the day.
