Read Full Step-by-Step Guide STEP 1 Create Your Account You’ll be redirected to the secure Participant Portal. Click Sign Up Now , enter a valid email address, and select Send Verification Code . Look for an email from Neighborly Software , enter the code, and create your secure password. Create Your Account STEP 2 Complete the Prioritization Questionnaire This short survey helps us understand your home’s condition and determine inspection scheduling. R When submitted, your status will automatically update to “Prioritization Questionnaire Submitted.” STEP 3 Wait to Be Placed in an Inspection Group Our system organizes homeowners into Inspection Groups (1–5) several times each week. You’ll receive an email notification confirming your group placement.  When you’re placed in a group, your status will update to “Inspection Group 1–5.” STEP 4 Complete the Inspection Application Once assigned to an inspection group, you can access and complete your Inspection Application inside your account.  You’ll confirm your Home Details, Contact Information, and Preferred Availability for Scheduling your Inspection.
