What started as an idea is now becoming a room full of people coming together during Toronto Tech Week to talk about what it really takes to build great teams in the age of AI. Not just better technology but we are talking about better communication, better leadership with HUMANS working together. One thing I keep reminding myself today... something will probably go wrong and that’s okay. The goal was never perfection.
