Lots of good restaurants and parks. That said, it's quite uneventful, but that's what some people look for. Lots of new developments so housing is pretty affordable compared to other parts of the country. It's about a 30 minute commute to downtown Madison, and having a car is absolutely necessary. There is a great education system, as well as a lot of family-friendly activities to do in the area. Verona also has lots of green spaces for adults and children to exercise and play.
