They didn’t know who the buyer or seller was, they didn’t have good customer service (have a nice drink or picture opportunity for us) and were just cold. It was not memorable at all so I did not enjoy the experience. I had to take my own picture outside of the building just to commemorate it for myself. Her professionalism, communication, responsiveness, collaboration and commitment to provide a smooth and stress-free closing for my buyers was “best in class”. She was able to accommodate requests and timelines to provide an excellent experience from beginning to end. Thank you Erin, Vincent, Christine and everyone at Majesty Title for a great job! I really hope to cross paths with her in the future! If I could give 10 stars I would!!!! 10/10 recommend this Title Company!
