Position Summary We’re seeking experienced hairstylists (2+ years behind the chair) who want to grow within a supportive, modern salon environment. The ideal candidate values craftsmanship, community, and ongoing learning. What You’ll Do Provide high‑quality haircutting, styling, coloring, and chemical service for a diverse client base. Collaborate with the team on promotions, retail strategies, and client experience initiatives. Participate in ongoing education, in‑house workshops, and peer mentoring.
