It’s also really difficult. And it’s extremely worthwhile. I’m going to keep doing it. Growing it slowly, intentionally and most importantly building the best community NYC has ever seen. I don’t care to fill the rooms fast. I don’t need to have a 1000% growth rate. What I believe needs to happen is people need to want to come back. For the experiences, for the relationships, for it to be a normal part of their month to say I’m going to an Omega event. I’ve never been one to rush things, and I don’t intent to start now either. Omega is a labor of love, it’s a community for high performers. Founders. Entrepreneurs. Investors. I started bringing people together because I’ve felt lonely a lot. And I also wanted an excuse to get 20 of my friends together on a regular basis. What isn’t discussed enough however are pressures of life and entrepreneurship, only a small handful of people in most of our lives actually get it. It gets lonely and in the loneliness mental health issues can arise. Work performance can slip. And we can embrace coping behaviors. But the truth is, we’re not meant to be alone. We’re meant to collaborate, to come together, to build community with one another. So here’s to making sure we have each other to build and grow with. Here’s to building Omega Lifestyle NYC with all of you. public_profile__posts 3 1 Comment Copy LinkedIn Facebook X Vin Infante, LMSW Vin Infante, LMSW 5d Report this post Vin Infante, LMSW shared this I hosted 5 events over the last 3 weeks, and as always I saw a lot of different personalities and opportunities unfold. You're ashamed that you stopped. You had the routine. You had the momentum. Then life hit hard, you fell off, and now every time you think about starting, it comes with this quiet, heavy feeling. So you don't start. Because starting means admitting you stopped. But look at what shame actually does. It doesn't make you consistent. It makes starting harder, so you wait longer, the gap grows, and the shame grows with it. Round and round. Here's what you're forgetting. You're not the same person who fell off. You still have everything you learned. This isn't starting over. It's starting again, wiser than before. So let the guilt go. It never helped you anyway. One small step today. Not the whole plan. Just the first one. What would you begin again today if you finally forgave yourself for stopping? Copy LinkedIn Facebook X Vin Infante, LMSW Vin Infante, LMSW 1w Report this post Vin Infante, LMSW shared this Most people feel behind. Like they haven’t done enough haven’t made enough progress haven’t figured it out yet But they never stop to actually look at what they’ve done. We’re so focused on what’s next that we ignore how far we’ve already come. And that’s a problem Because if you never acknowledge progress, you’ll always feel stuck. Take a second and really think about it this past year alone. You’ve changed more than you realize. I wrote about this and why celebrating matters more than you think. Almost 2 years ago I started gathering people together - it was intentional. I thought I had such an amazing network of good people, I was already connecting others but I wanted to see how I could bring everyone together. I started with my first event, we brought together friends and founders on a yacht in Miami. I flew in at 5am, and out at 9pm. An incredible day. Got back home in time for bed. Then a dinner with friends. Then an apartment get together. Then another, and so on. Eventually I called it The Table. With the sole purpose of bringing people together to form real meaningful connections with other high performers. After almost 2 years of random get togethers, I decided to launch Omega Lifestyle NYC I also had this company formed since 2019, I just never knew when it was right to launch so I waited. June 2026, official launch, Omega isn’t a wish, it’s being built. Tirelessly. I stepped back from other business endeavors I had so I could truly focus. Sept 2026, here’s what’s coming up. 4 events this month. Sept 17th - Dinner with my friends from across the pond in the UK, Helpbnk as they expand into the US. Making entrepreneurship simple and accessible. (Event Full) Location: Arno Restaurant Sept 23rd & 24th - Guided tea ceremonies bringing together investors, funds, family offices and a few other amazing people. (Event Full) Location: Private Sept 30th - An Omega installation of our Monk Recovery Series. An evening of recovery for our high performance community. Sauna, cold plunge, infrared therapy, and compression sleeves. Don’t miss it. (Still Open) Capacity: 24 Location: Kove East Village Oct 22nd - A dinner for investors, founders, funds, VC's, and family offices, with my friends over at Entrepreneur Magazine, and their Venture Team. This one is going to be amazing! (Still Open) Capacity: 50 Location: NIKU Launching in June, I had no idea anyone would come out simply because I asked. Looking at my schedule in September, I’m only feeling gratitude. Let’s keep building, relationships are rocket-ships and all the people past, present, and future attending an Omega event, I appreciate you. Stay tuned for more - or DM if you’re interested in co-hosting, sponsoring, or attending an event! I'm always looking for all three!
