# LSC100 Review

[00:00] I tried LC caffeine mints for the first time a couple of days ago. So let me tell you guys a little bit of what I think about them. If you don't know, LC is basically like mints that has like 100 milligrams of caffeine per mint. This is how they look like.
[00:13] I'm a college student. I need caffeine every single day, basically. Like, I run on caffeine. So, I just thought this would be like an easy quick way to get 100 milligrams and just like go study, go to the gym, or like do something, I don't know. So, I took one, left for the gym, and it took a while to dissolve in my mouth. And then, I don't remember how long it took for me to actually feel the caffeine. I got my workout done, and I was still feeling energized for the day.
[00:35] This flavor caught my attention a lot, the Crystal Fresh mint. And it does leave my breath smelling like coffee. So, if you're trying to find a way to just save time, you'd have to stop to get a coffee or get an energy drink, then I will recommend trying them.
