summary: "This is a comprehensive extraction framework for analyzing conversations and capturing structured enrichment data across ten dimensions including context, decisions, frameworks, commercial terms, relationships, documents, voice, corrections, open items, and strategic signals. The framework prioritizes exhaustive documentation with exact language preservation and explicit marking of uncertainties."

# Run a deep extraction on this conversation. Be exhaustive.

Run a deep extraction on this conversation. Be exhaustive — long is fine,
short is not. Output as structured markdown.

Capture in this order:

1. CONTEXT — Who this is for/about, when it happened, what was being
produced or decided, why it mattered.

2. DECISIONS — Every decision made, who made it, and the rationale.
Include reversed or revisited decisions and note the reversal.

3. FRAMEWORKS AND IP — Any framework, model, lens, structure, sequence,
or repeatable approach that emerged. Capture in full. Include the
   exact names and language used.

4. COMMERCIAL TERMS — All pricing, fees, retainers, success fees,
payment terms, timing, legal positions, contract clauses, or
negotiated terms. Be specific with dollar amounts, percentages,
   and durations.

5. NAMES AND RELATIONSHIPS — Every person, company, fund, brand,
advisor, agency, or contact named. For each, capture role, firm,
   relationship status (warm/cold/declined/active/closed), specific
context, and any standing instructions (pronouns, do-not-contact,
   spelling, preferences).

6. CONTENT AND DOCUMENTS PRODUCED — Every email, post, doc, deck,
spreadsheet, or artifact created. Include subject lines, key
passages, signature lines, file names, and whether they were
   sent or delivered.

7. VOICE AND LANGUAGE — Verbatim phrases, lines, hooks, openings,
closings, or reframes that landed. Note anything that was
rejected or rewritten and the reason.

8. CORRECTIONS AND PUSHBACK — Every time the user corrected an
assumption, redirected the work, or pushed back. Capture what was
wrong, what the correct version is, and any standing rule that
   emerged.

9. OPEN ITEMS — Anything unresolved, deferred, awaiting input, or
flagged as needing follow-up. Include dates if mentioned.

10. STRATEGIC SIGNALS — Anything that reveals positioning, market view,
industry POV, refusal rules, or operator judgment worth carrying
    forward.

Rules:
- Quote exact language wherever it matters. Don't paraphrase the user's voice.
- If something is uncertain or unclear from the conversation, mark it
  [unconfirmed] and include it anyway.
- Do not summarize. Do not abbreviate. Do not skip sections — write
"None in this thread" if a section truly doesn't apply.
- Use plain markdown. Headers, sub-headers, bullets. No tables unless
  the original used one.
