Shop Now Purchase From a Retailer Qualified smart thermostats purchased on or after January 1, 2026 from any retailer are eligible for a $50 rebate. Please use either of the the applications below to apply for your rebate. 2026 Online Application 2026 Print Application If you are interested in purchasing a smart thermostat from a retailer, please review the qualified product list, equipment qualifications, and program requirements for receiving a rebate. Qualified Products [Download XLSX) Program Requirements Contractor Supplied Instant discounts are paid to the participating distributor and passed through your contractor, onto you. No forms. No waiting for a check in the mail. The discount comes off your invoice at time of purchase. Qualified smart thermostats are eligible for a $50 discount. If you are interested in receiving instant discounts on your next smart thermostat installation, work with your Trade Ally Contractor to purchase and install eligible equipment. They will take care of the details. Discounts are available on complementary equipment like heat pumps for even bigger savings!
