Looking for a place in Puerto Escondido to work and live with reliable wifi (fiber-optic + Starlink), solar power, backup generators, A/C, drinkable tap water, AND a community from all over the world included? Our coliving and coworking beach villa (Surfbreak PXM) is a place for remote workers, global creatives and slow/long-term travelers looking for community, along with reliable and sustainable work/life amenities. Here is what's different about Surfbreak PXM: 🛜 Best internet in Puerto Escondido: We have fiberoptic with TelMex, Starlink Roam, and backup electric generators to power the entire villa. If you need to plug into the internet we provide ethernet cables for every room. On average we are getting 500+ mbps down and 300+ mbps up. 🚰 Drinkable tap water: We have a whole house water purification system and a reverse osmosis purification tap at Surfbreak PXM. Yes, our tap water is safe to drink, but don’t try this anywhere else in Puerto! ❄️ A/C in every private room, living area (kitchen and living room), and work rooms. ☀️ Solar powered: our rooftop is entirely solar panels that power our 4 story villa. They also provide shade for our rooftop work and BBQ area overlooking a gorgeous ocean view. ⚡ Backup power: Power outages are a reality in Puerto Escondido, so we’re prepared with backup generators—not just backup batteries. Our generators provide reliable backup power during longer outages, helping keep the house, Wi-Fi, and workday running when the local grid goes down. 💯 Staying with us means “life is made easy”. You can expect to have everything you would if you lived here long-term. An all-inclusive membership includes access to our gated villa, private fully furnished room with toiletries and linens, new work spaces, events and workshops, a fully equipped communal chef’s kitchen with everything you need. We provide things like coffee, spices, cooking oils, peanut butter, eggs, yogurt, and so on. ⭐️ We have 27 private rooms across all 4-stories. The king suite has its own private ensuite. All other rooms have shared but private use bathrooms. 🗺️ Our members are mostly solo travelers or couples between early 20s and mid-40s, but we welcome members of any age 18+. We promise our members safety and security. Therefore, we require that everyone applies online and we can set up a call to answer any questions you may have and make sure Surfbreak is a great fit for you!
