# Practical AI Native Executive Checklist

Scott Martinis 1d Report this post Practical AI native executive checklist Anthropic Cowork, Claude Code or OpenAI Codex License Connect Slack or Microsoft teams, Google or Microsoft Calendar and Email Personal meeting recorder like Granola on and connected All other key tools connected, especially reporting tools Live artifacts or Codex workflows created for all key reports Skills and agents created for 1 on 1 prep, recurring meeting prep, and all consistently produced artifacts Routines/automations created for daily and weekly prep, as well as consistently produced artifacts All knowledge your teams use in a single file system that is shared with Cowork, Claude Code, or Codex Skills and agents created for all core activities and artifacts your team produced, packaged into a plugin. Ideally this lives in a GitHub repo. Then more basics that cross into pre-AI: All board metrics and targets defined and clearly targeted, broken into Winning by Design customer decision moment sections All roles and responsibilities broken down with job descriptions, targets, and customer decision moment metrics responsibilities along with specific skills and artifact responsbilities All core processes documented with specific instructions and tool references for each customer decision moment (IE lead status on this Salesforce field) All tools and data documented with a simple data dictionary, alignment with processes & customer decision moments, and explanations why they were setup that way. This includes lists, campaigns, workflows, stages, etc anything setup in the tools to execute core processes. Some form of shared team project management system and/or knowledge scratchpad tool (Google docs, Notion, Github) where the team collaborates on projects, playbooks, and reference files before pushing them into the shared file system (or that acts AS the shared file system) This needs to include a shared list of project Recurring meetings or reporting cadences aligned around all of the core processes and teams that report to you.
