# Downtown SF Night

Andrew Boos 9mo Report this post Monday night I got a reminder of what I love about living right downtown in SF - full of gratitude Mid-way through an intense brainstorming session with Mark M. and Oscar Hong on sales tech and AI browser tech, mapping out how we use AI at Darwinian Ventures & all of our clients, (Met them as a judge at AI Tinkerers hackathon - these two have been on a tear, winning 7 hackathons in a row around the Bay Area --> obviously I invited them to dinner) I got a call from Omar Khateeb , long time friend and founder of JobPixel which is on an absolute tear right now, Omar was walking between events at TechCrunch Disrupt with Sam Horton and Robert LoCascio (Robert is the founder of LivePerson - NASDAQ:LPSN, a $b+ juggernaut credited with inventing AI chatbots in 2018, current founder of Uare.ai with Sam) They came by and we spent a few hours getting an absolute masterclass on the origins of commercially useable conversational AI, building businesses, and where the industry is headed None of this was planned, it was completely organic --> and INSANELY insightful.
