# SayMammaMia – Italian-Inspired THC Edibles by Chef Simone

born in italy, baked in la WE REIMAGINE TRADITION. WE MAKE IT IRREVERENT. the crazy culinary tour of italy From the city of the Vatican, we reimagined communion wafers — delicately infused to dissolve on the tongue and absolve your everyday sins with a fast, controlled lift. Born where aperitivo began, our cocktail-inspired gummies blend real fruit flavor with chic, sparkling energy — bold, social, and made to elevate your mood in style. Inspired by a 150-year-old hazelnut chocolate tradition, Torino melts rich milk chocolate and Piedmont hazelnuts into a slow, indulgent bite crafted for deep, dreamy nights. From the Island of Gods, our Capri cakes recreate the legendary almond chocolate classic — sun-soaked, decadent, and infused for a balanced, feel-good escape. Previous slide Next slide Our Story I grew up in Salerno, in the south of Italy, in my family’s kitchen. My father respected tradition. My nonna bent the rules. That’s where I learned food can honor the past — and still break it. Curiosity took me to Bali, where I opened a restaurant and learned what it really means to build something from nothing. Later, I trained at Gualtiero Marchesi’s school, where discipline met creativity. Los Angeles came next. That’s where I discovered hemp edibles — and realized they could taste a lot better. So I decided to do it my way: take the flavors, rituals, and cities I grew up with… and reimagine them. That’s how MAMMAMIA was born. Play video
