Paper tickets are valid one year after a fare change.&nbsp; Payment Options: MuniMobile® : The SFMTA’s official ticketing app, MuniMobile lets you buy tickets instantly through a credit/debit card, PayPal account, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Clipper® Card : Clipper is the all-in-one transit card for the Bay Area. Use your Clipper card on all major Bay Area transit systems, including Muni. Clipper®&nbsp;App on Your Phone : &nbsp;Clipper is the all-in-one transit card for the Bay Area. Use your Clipper card on all Bay Area transit systems, including Muni.&nbsp; Cash:&nbsp; Exact change is required. Single ride fares can be purchased at a number of locations .&nbsp; If buying five or more paper Cable Card tickets&nbsp;at once, you can now&nbsp; purchase them online .&nbsp; Youth : The cable car is free for youth ages 4 and under. San Francisco youth, ages 18 and under, can ride for free if they are in possession of a Free Muni for Youth Clipper card.
