Own.Solutions Partner Offer
2026-09-21 · @Martina
You are named in 100% of answers when the question uses your name, and 1.3% when it
does not. Everything below follows from that one split: you have a brand, you do not have
a category position, and the fix is cheap.
Two halves. You use Stacklist to fix your own position, then resell it to your clients at a
margin.
Where you stand
Scan of 21 September 2026: 95 answers, 20 questions, five engines.
The 11.7% headline is carried almost entirely by the branded questions. Strip those out
and the real category position is 1.3%. Three separate scans now agree on this: the first,
which measured only category questions, returned 0.0%.
The leaderboard on the same sample. Cognigy 25.9%, Parloa 16.6%, Capgemini 14.8%,
Accenture 12.8%, then you at 11.7%, Deloitte 11.6%. 17 of 20 questions are answered with a
competitor named and you absent.
The read: buyers who already know you find you every time. Buyers who do not know you
yet never meet you. That is a publishing gap, not a credibility gap, and it is the cheapest
kind to close.
Part 1 — Your hub
Seven stacks of citable answer pages, one per measured buying topic. Full structure is in
the Hub Strategy document.

Agency is the right tier because it is built for multi-brand operators: you get your own hub
plus a workspace per client, on one account you administer.
Timeline. Three critical stacks live in weeks 1–2, remaining four by week 4, re-measure the
same 20 questions at day 90.
What we need from you. Three facts the public site does not carry: where Own.Assistant
processes and stores data, what can be said publicly about the fund manager, and which
systems and languages are genuinely in production. Without them the compliance stack
gets rescoped rather than written vaguely.

Part 2 — What you sell
Our list pricing, with your partner rate at 30% off. You set the client price.
Additional seats $10–20/month depending on tier. Additional workspaces $20/month.
Yearly billing is two months free.
Radar is the door, and it is the one thing you charge for up front. $500 buys the client a
number they have never seen, and every scan surfaces the gap a hub fills. Sell the scan, let
the report sell the subscription.
Your own scan is free; theirs is not. That asymmetry is deliberate. You need the before-
and-after to sell from, and a partner who has run the thing they are selling closes better
than one who has read about it.

The retail network is the volume play. A $500 scan is an easy yes for a mid-size retailer
and you have thousands of them. Even low single-digit conversion on a list that size
outweighs any one enterprise deal here.
Jadrolinija is the reference. It is the only client where you can show the result instead of
describing it. Start there.
The API integration
The one product that makes Own.Assistant better rather than sitting beside it. Your

How it is shaped. You send an intent and a place or product, never raw user text. That
keeps passenger data out of our systems, keeps GDPR simple, and makes the call
cacheable — Hvar in July is the same answer for thousands of people.
What comes back. A short ranked set an assistant can read aloud, plus a link to a branded
hub page. The link is the attributed surface and the only thing that gives both sides a
number.
Pricing. Enterprise tier, custom, annual. The Enterprise plan already covers custom
integrations, so this is a scope conversation rather than a new product line. You bill it as an
assistant capability; we bill you on the Enterprise contract.
We are building a Hvar answer end to end so you can judge this on quality rather than
description. It will be ready for the next call.

One line to agree early: Radar reports carry the Stacklist name as measurement source
even when the hub is white-labelled. A number nobody can attribute is a number a client
will not take to their board.
Next
Sequence matters: your hub, then your own before-and-after, then the client
conversations.
Figures from the Radar scan of 21 September 2026: 95 answers, 20 questions, across
Google AI Mode, Google AI Overview, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity. Single-day
measurement — it establishes position, not trend. Competitor figures are recorded, not
individually reviewed. Prices in USD; EUR invoicing to be confirmed.
Exclusivity None either way; Adriatic travel exclusivity is
priced separately if you want it
Term 12 months, rolling
