# Palm Valley Academy

Open Clever ParentSquare Schoology for Families (Grades 5 - 8) Students use Clever to access Schoology, Microsoft 365, and other links for students. For online textbooks, students in grades K-5 use Clever and students in grades 6-8 use Schoology. Parents use ParentSquare for school communication and Schoology to keep track of schoolwork. Building Purposeful leaders where everyone shines through achievement School Information School Hours: Front Office Hours: 7:45 am-3:45 pm School Hours: M, T, Th, F: 8:40 am-3:00 pm Wednesday: 8:40 am-2:00 pm Student supervision begins and classrooms will be open to students at 8:20 am with the school day officially beginning at 8:40 am . If students are not in their classroom at 8:40 am, they will be marked tardy. Students may not be checked out early after 2:15 pm (M, T, Th, F) or after 1:15 pm on Wednesdays. PVA Attendance is now digital! All dismissal changes and attendance notes must be submitted through ParentSquare. We will no longer be able to accept these requests through email, handwritten notes, or phone calls. Using ParentSquare helps ensure requests are received quickly, documented properly, and communicated to the appropriate staff in a timely manner. You can use ParentSquare from the PVA website. You can also download the app on your phone. Or, you can click this link: https://www.parentsquare.com/signin . We strongly encourage you to download the ParentSquare app. The app makes it quick and easy to submit dismissal changes, report absences, and stay connected with school communication. Once you are logged in, look for “FORMS / PERMISSIONS.” Choose the one that you need. Thank you for helping us keep our processes organized and, most importantly, ensuring the safety and accuracy of student dismissal each day HAC (Home Access Center): Parents and Guardians will be able to view and/or print their child’s educational information and report cards from Palm Valley Academy through HAC, (Home Access Center). If you need a HAC login or HAC password reset, please go directly to the HAC website . For important HAC information, please make sure to read HAC Directions first. Summer 2026 High School Facility Use In an effort to promote community health and well-being this summer, SJCSD will open its high school facilities to the public on select Wednesday evenings throughout the summer. FortifyFL FortifyFL is a mobile app and web-based tool that allows students, parents, and community members in Florida to anonymously report suspicious activities, potential threats, or safety concerns related to schools. The app immediately forwards these reports to appropriate law enforcement agencies and school officials for rapid response. School Access School access (proceeding past the front office of any school) is required for every individual that is not a staff member of the St. Johns County School District. This is done through completion of the district’s volunteer application . School access is good for 3 years.
