Overnight camping is not allowed. VIEW PDF OF TOWN GREEN RULES (PDF) Park Conduct The Town Green is a smoke-free and drug-free zone. Smoking, vaping, tobacco products, illegal substances, and drugs are prohibited. Loitering or playing is not allowed in the Parking Deck or on the roof of the Parking Deck.  Leave things as you found them. Please clean up after yourself and your group and return furniture to its original location.  Disruptive or dangerous behavior, including horseplay, sporting activities, throwing balls or other items, bikes, or skateboards, will not be permitted. Do not stake or attach items to the ground or park fixtures. Items such as tents, umbrellas, balloons, and signs are not allowed.  Do not mark or draw on any surface with crayons, markers, paint, or similar materials.  Dogs must remain on a leash unless inside the dog park. Please clean up after your pet.  Selling, vending, soliciting, distributing materials, or requesting donations of any kind is prohibited unless authorized as part of an official Town Green event.  Casual photography for personal use is welcome, but commercial or staged sessions require advanced permission. Any activity considered property damage is strictly prohibited. E-Bikes and E-Scooters are prohibited.  See the E-Bike and E-Scooter Laws   Prohibited Items The following items are not allowed on the Town Green:   Containers & Food Equipment Glass bottles or glass containers of any kind No electrical cooking, grills, or heating appliances, including: Hot plates Sterno Crock pots Rice cookers Any appliance requiring power Outside tables or catering setups   Safety & Fire Hazards Fireworks, Sparklers No flames – candles, flames Silly string Snap poppers Candles   Vehicles & Mobility Golf carts Bicycles with wheels larger than 12 inches Skateboards Personal electric vehicles, including electric bikes and scooters   Personal Sound Devices Speakers, sound amplifiers, or amplified audio equipment City-Sponsored Special Event Rules In addition to the daily Town Green rules, additional guidelines apply during special events to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. General Special Event Guidelines Guests are expected to behave respectfully and follow all Town Green policies and state and local laws. Any guest acting in a manner deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate may be asked to leave the event area. Bikes, scooters, skates, and other wheeled recreational items are not allowed within the event area. Sports activities are not permitted during events, including throwing or kicking balls.   Summer Concert Rules To help accommodate as many guests as possible and keep walkways clear, the following rules apply during Summer Concert events: Setup Times Guests may begin setting up after 8:00 AM on the day of the concert. Items left unattended before this time may be removed. Seating & Space Guidelines Tarps and blankets are not allowed . Any tarps or blankets left on the lawn may be folded or removed to allow space for additional guests. Please be considerate of neighboring guests and keep seating areas within a reasonable footprint. Prohibited Items During Concerts The following items are not allowed at Summer Concert events: Rolling coolers or large coolers that hold more than six 20 oz. containers. Tarps, blankets, or inflatable furniture Tables larger than 2 feet in width   Groups & Gatherings The Town Green is a shared community space designed for everyone to enjoy. To keep it welcoming and accessible to all, the following applies. No Private Rentals or Reservations The Town Green is a public park open year-round to all visitors. Reserved spaces are not allowed. Areas within the park cannot be held, marked, or saved for group use. Small Gatherings Casual gatherings are welcome on a first-come, first-served basis as long as they follow these guidelines: Gatherings must not disrupt general park use or block access to shared spaces. Groups may use no more than 3 tables and 8 chairs of existing park furniture. Personal tables and chairs are not permitted. Trash and debris must be removed at the end of your gathering. All posted Town Green rules must be followed.
