Description Recommended Uses Packaging Data Sheets Description Formulated Materials® APS leveling concrete primer increases moisture and abrasion resistance. This leveling primer also increases the durability of underlayments and levelers when applied to fully cured surfaces. APS is easy to use and is appropriate for use with both porous and non-porous substrates when applied as a primer. Provides a strong, positive bond when pouring underlayments and levelers over wood, concrete, metal, gypsum, and most properly prepared substrates. Improves surface hardness and reduces porosity and moisture absorption of cured underlayments and levelers. Low VOC Formula is non-reactive and non-toxic. Low-odor formula is tinted blue to provide visual indicator for proper application. Approved for use with all Treadstone® and HydroPhase® underlayments and levelers.
