There are a few food products that you can actually taste the difference, and Mutti is top of the list for me. It’s really a case of once you go Mutti, you don’t go back. I use the Mutti Polpa and cherry tomatoes in this recipe for the most beautiful natural sweetness. Mutti really is the best tasting Italian tomatoes captured in a tin, that sits in my cupboards! I also add a spoonful of their Double Concentrate for richness and depth, it’s like giving your sauce a little extra love without needing hours cooking dishes down, such a dream collab @muttipomodorouk \n \n\nSERVES 2 \nUnder 550kcal, 32g protein per serving \n\n1 tablespoon olive oil \n3 garlic cloves, minced \n2 shallots, finely chopped \nPinch chilli flakes \n1 red pepper, deseeded and diced \n1/2 400g tin mutti cherry tomatoes \n400g tin mutti polpa \n150g uncooked weight orzo \n1 tbsp mutti double concentrate\n1 chicken stock cube \n1 teaspoon dried oregano \n60g spinach, roughly chopped \nZest and juice of 1 lemon \n200g raw prawns\n\nTO SERVE \n80g feta cheese, crumbled \nFresh dill and parsley leaves \n\nHeat the olive oil in a large pan over a medium heat. Add the garlic, shallots and chilli and sauté for 2–3 minutes, until fragrant and translucent. \nAdd the red pepper and tomato paste and cook for about 5 minutes, until softened. Add the tinned cherry tomatoes, the canned tomatoes, then half-fill an empty can with water and add this too. Add the orzo, stock cube and oregano, and season with salt and pepper. Let it simmer for about 15 minutes until the orzo is cooked, topping up with a splash of water if needed and stirring often to stop the orzo sticking.  Stir in the spinach and the lemon zest and juice. Once the spinach has wilted, gently fold in the prawns. Allow to simmer gently for 3-4 minutes to cook the prawns through.
